Building Resilience
in Community &
Nature
At East Liscombe Farm we are developing a hub for the community. We want to share our beautiful valley on Exmoor and change how we work with the land, addressing these three key areas:
01
Nature Restoration
02
Organic Food Production
03
Access to Land
Our Story
Nestled in a quiet valley in the South West of England, just a stones throw from Exmoor National Park, lies our 200-acre farm. It’s landscape is a mix of rugged uplands with managed and grazed grassland and is home to sheep and cows, as well as, buzzards, owls, stoats and grass snakes.
What began as a family home, with holiday lets and a grass-keep business, has evolved into something more: a social and agro-ecological project with a mission to build resilience for our community and our nature.
